12/8/2018 0 Comments Moving Your Photography Business~Establishing your photography business takes time, dedication and hard work. Re- establishing your business after a move, can prove to be even more challenging. A month ago, I found myself faced with a 500 mile move from PA to home, NC. My photography business in Saint Thomas, PA was beginning to grow and flourish and through my experience I found some things that I did early on that helped to make the transition smoother and helped me gain clients in my new area shortly after settling in. I’d love to share those with my readers and provide help for those photographers who may be faced with a relocation
1. I enrolled in a photography class~ Here I wasn't only learning about photography, but was also meeting new photographers and forever friends while doing so. 2. I joined a photography group, and here I learned from other photographers new ideas that I we today. The group had outings that allow me learn the area and again new friends. 3. I used social media, goggle and yard sale sites at no cost to help spreed my business to new clients. 4. I am starting my Photography business once again and will used the same sources and pray.
